Privacy requests
To ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, or to ask us to delete it, email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We explain what we collect and your rights in our Privacy Policy.
If you need a contractor
Email is the wrong channel for anything urgent — we do not monitor it around the clock and we cannot dispatch anyone. Use the phone number on the service page for your area instead.
We cannot help with work already done. If you have a dispute about workmanship, pricing or damage, that is between you and the contractor you hired, and we are not a party to it. Your state or municipal licensing board is the right place to escalate a licensed contractor. We will still want to hear about it, because it informs who we work with.
